DAY 10 - BOXING DAY TRG

I dont mean running down the aisle in Z3.

I started with a indoor cycling workout, 1hr with short interval in Z3-Z4.  Immediately followed by a 10k run RESULTED BY ALCOHOL SWEATS!!
